    • 4 tablespoons of flour
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 egg white

    Sauce ingredients:

    • 5 tomatoes, boiled and filtered with the cooking water
    • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    • 1/2 onion, finely sliced ​​long
    • 2 red chilies, cut into thin oblique
    • 1 carrot, cut into matches
    • 1 cucumber, discarded seeds, cut into matches
    • 1 spring onion, cut oblique
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp salt
    •  2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
    • 500 ml of water
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in water
    • 2 tablespoons of oil for sauteing

    How to make:

    1. Remove the fish from the bones, cut the fish meat about 3x3 cm, soak in 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons fish sauce for 1 hour. Soak the bones and fish heads as well.

    2. Dip the fish in the egg white. Sprinkle in the flour, cornstarch and baking powder mixture. Fry until dry. Do the same with the bones and head of the fish.

    3. Boil the tomatoes until soft, strain together with the water.

    4. Heat the oil. Saute garlic, onion and red chilies until evenly and fragrant.

    5. Enter the boiled tomato water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Stir well.

    6. Pour water. Let it pop. Then, pour in the cornstarch solution. Stir well. Lift. Sprinkle over the fish.

    3. Sweet and Sour Shrimp

    Shrimp

    Material:

    • 1/2 kg of shrimp
    • 5 grains of red onion, puree
    • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
    • 1/2 turmeric segment, puree
    • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
    •  Sugar to taste
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste

    How to make:

    1. Clean the shrimp. Peel the head and back skin. Set aside.

    2. Heat the oil, saute all the spices until fragrant. Add the shrimp.

    How to make:
