    • banana leaves and a stick to wrap

    How to make :

    1. Beat the eggs, salt and chicken stock and add the shallots, garlic, leeks and lemongrass. Mix with tofu and basil leaves, stir well.

    2. Cut the banana leaves into 20 cm size, heat or burn briefly over the fire while shifting them so that the leaves are limp so they don't tear easily.
